This notice explains how BigBrothers Tourism, operating under the DMN Transfer brand, processes your personal data for reservation and transfer services, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

Your personal data is processed by BigBrothers Tourism (DMN Transfer) as data controller.

2. Personal Data We Process
When you make a reservation we collect only the data needed to provide the service:
- Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address
- Journey details: pickup/drop-off, date and time, flight number, passenger count, vehicle class
- Optional: information you share in your reservation note (e.g. a child-seat request)
- Technical: cookies and connection data required for the site to function
3. Purposes of Processing
We process your data to create and confirm your reservation, deliver the transfer service (driver dispatch, flight tracking, meet & greet), communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Under GDPR Art. 6 and KVKK Art. 5, processing relies primarily on the performance of a contract (providing the transfer), our legitimate interests, and, where required, your explicit consent. Any marketing communication is sent only with your opt-in consent.
5. Sharing and Transfers
Your data is shared only as far as the service requires: the driver/operations team carrying out the transfer, the messaging and email tools used for confirmation, and legally authorised authorities. Some communication tools (e.g. WhatsApp/email) may host servers abroad; any such transfer is carried out in accordance with applicable law. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.
6. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and until the mandatory retention periods required by applicable financial and legal rules expire, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Cookies
The site uses only the strictly necessary cookies for the page to work and — if enabled — analytics cookies for anonymous measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, object to processing, and — where processing is based on consent — withdraw that consent.
