Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms govern the use of the reservation and transfer services provided by BigBrothers Tourism under the DMN Transfer brand. By creating a reservation request you accept these terms.
1. Parties and Scope
The service provider is BigBrothers Tourism (DMN Transfer); the customer is the person creating a reservation request. These terms cover all transfer requests made via the website or through WhatsApp/phone.
2. Reservation and Confirmation
Your reservation request is created without prepayment. It becomes final once our team confirms it by WhatsApp or email. Vehicle availability may change before confirmation.
3. Pricing
Prices are fixed per vehicle and quoted in EUR (not per person), with no hidden fees. For some larger vehicle classes the displayed price is an estimate confirmed at booking; this is clearly marked where it applies.
4. Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in the vehicle during the journey, by cash or card. No prepayment is requested at the reservation stage.
5. Passenger Obligations
It is the passenger's responsibility to provide the correct flight number, date, time and contact details. Being ready on time at the meeting point and keeping contact with the driver open helps avoid delays. Safety rules inside the vehicle must be followed.
6. Delivery of the Service
We track your flight number and meet you based on your actual landing time; there is no extra charge for delays. Your driver waits for you at arrivals. Unforeseen road or weather conditions may affect journey time.
7. Cancellation and Changes
Cancellation and change conditions are set out in the separate Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
We accept no liability for disruption caused by force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, official restrictions, etc.) or by incorrect/incomplete information provided by the passenger. Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the relevant transfer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Fethiye/Muğla have jurisdiction over any dispute.
